I had the opportunity to be involved in the initial marketing and sale of the original homes during the conversion from CFB Penhold to Springbrook in 1995. It was a once in a lifetime experience that will never occur in Central Alberta again.

To witness a new community come together all at once was truly a unique experience and one that I will never forget.

Of the initial 243 homes offered for sale, I was involved in over 75 of those homes sold. Since that time, I have been involved in the sale of many of the new homes built in Springbrook as well as the re-sale of many of the original properties. These transactions now total over 250 and counting.

During this time, I have met many great people and made many good friends in Springbrook.
